Meghan Markle faces mixed reactions over new homemade jam packaging and website glitch

Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, ventures into the homemade jam market, facing critiques over packaging quality while her lifestyle brand’s website erroneously redirects to a food poverty charity.
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has recently launched a homemade jam venture, creating controversy over the quality of the product’s packaging. Some social media users pointed out that the labels on the strawberry jam jars were peeling off, with criticisms about the jars appearing “cheap.” However, others appreciated Meghan’s personal touch, noting her distinctive handwriting on the labels. It is speculated that the easily removable labels could be an intentional feature to promote jar reuse, aligning subtly with sustainable practices, reminiscent of King Charles III’s own product ventures in the 1990s.
In a separate development, Meghan’s new luxury lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, which features products such as recipe books and jams, experienced a technical issue with its website. Instead of displaying the brand’s products, the brand’s ‘.uk’ domain unexpectedly redirected users to the Trussell Trust’s website, a charity working to combat food poverty in the UK. The reasons behind the redirection remain unclear, and representatives from both Meghan Markle and the Trussell Trust have yet to comment on the link or clarify whether it was intentional.
