Ross Mendham, a Dragons’ Den winner, was involved in a car accident when his £100,000 Ferrari F430 crashed in a city centre, as captured by CCTV. The incident, which happened on a street filled with pedestrians, saw Mendham losing control of the vehicle and colliding with bike racks. Fortunately, no pedestrians were harmed.

Following the crash, 40-year-old Mendham, who is the son of former Norwich City footballer Peter Mendham, was unharmed and later arrested on charges unrelated to the accident. These charges were linked to an earlier incident where he was accused of assaulting his pregnant partner, leading to her loss of consciousness. While Mendham denies the assault charge, he has pleaded guilty to breaching bail conditions by failing to keep his GPS tag charged.

Ross Mendham came into the public eye after securing an investment for his low-calorie food company, Barenaked Foods, from entrepreneur Peter Jones on the television show Dragons’ Den in 2013. He has also launched a fashion brand named God of Design (GOD). Despite the dramatic events leading to his arrest, no one was injured during the Ferrari crash, and the area was quickly cleared by emergency services. Mendham is awaiting trial for the allegations made against him.
